Hilton F&B Masters

THE BRIEF

We were given the task to design and craft a custom uniform for the contestants of the F&B Master’s Competition, Hilton, Sydney, 2019.

The competition consists of four ‘cups’, the Bar Cup, Barista Cup, Culinary Cup and Wine Cup.

The 2019 competition saw a palette of sustainable and local produce, healthy and fresh food to create a thriving atmosphere, all in a stress free environment.

It was our task to develop a uniform for each cup that complimented the them and each other.

THE CONCEPT

To compliment the fresh, sustainable nature of the 2019 Hilton F&B Master competition,
we chose appropriate features for the uniforms:

Each cup had their own fresh, natural colour palette.
Natural, light fabrics and fibres.
Earthy contrasting cuffs, apron straps and ties.
A feature contrasting tea towel to compliment the uniform.
